If somebody in the game is causing you trouble, you can use the blocking function.

There are various ways to block a player. For example, you can select the player's name in chat, followed by the "To Blacklist" icon in the window that appears, and then confirm your action.

If blocking the player is not enough, contact support in one of the following ways:

1. Select "Ask a question" in the game Menu.
2. Go to the feedback form on the portal.
3. Send an email to games.support@plarium.com.

Please include the following information in your inquiry:

1. The number of the offending player's Kingdom, the coordinates of their Town, and a screenshot of their profile.
2. Screenshots clearly showing the violation of the game's rules.
3. A short video showing the violation and then the profile of the offending player.

We understand that there are times when individuals can make the game atmosphere less pleasant, but please remember: no matter how much other players are abusing you, don't follow suit.
