How can I unlink my account from a service?
Contact us in one of the following ways:
- Select "Ask a question" in the game Menu.
- Go to the feedback form on the portal.
- Send an email to games.support@plarium.com.
Write down your account ID, which can be found in the "User ID" section of the Menu. Also, attach the payment receipts for any Bank offers to your message. If you haven't made any purchases, please state this instead.
