I can't log in to my account. What should I do?
If you have linked your account to Facebook, Google Play, Game Center, Apple ID, or Plarium ID, use these services to restore access. Follow these steps:
- Launch the game on your phone or tablet.
- Open the Menu and choose the Account section.
- Choose the relevant service and hit the "Restore" button.
If you are still unable to log in, contact us in one of the following ways:
- Select "Ask a question" in the game Menu.
- Go to the feedback form on the portal.
- Send an email to games.support@plarium.com.
Write down your Kingdom's number, the coordinates of your Town, the name and tag of your Order, and the precise name of the account you are trying to log in to. If you don't remember this information, include any other details you can recollect, such as your Town's name, the email address you used to log in, your IP address, etc.
Attach the receipts of payments for any Bank offers that were bought from this account.
