My account has been hacked. What should I do?
Contact us in one of the following ways:
- Select "Ask a question" in the game Menu.
- Go to the feedback form on the portal.
- Send an email to games.support@plarium.com.
Specify the ID of the account that has been hacked and describe your situation in detail.
We may block the game account until the issue is resolved.
Do not share the login and password from your Plarium account or the services to which it is linked with anyone.
