I have found a bug. What should I do?

If you've come across a bug, send it to us.

There are two ways to do so.

A video recording of the error

Make a video from the moment you log into the game to the moment when the error appears and send it to us via the feedback form on the portal or via the "Ask a question" section in the game Menu.

A description of the error

Describe how the issue occurred step by step. For example:

1. I logged into the game.
2. I opened such-and-such a window.
3. I did this and that.
4. Such-and-such an error occurred.

Send this description and any screenshots (if available) to us via the feedback form on the portal or via the "Ask a question" section in the game Menu.
