I've found someone violating the game's rules. What should I do?

If you have noticed someone violating the game's rules, please contact support in one of the following ways:

  1. Select "Ask a question" in the game Menu.
  2. Go to the feedback form on the portal.
  3. Send an email to games.support@plarium.com.

Please include the following information in your inquiry:

  1. The number of the offending player's Kingdom, the coordinates of their Town, and a screenshot of their profile.
  2. Screenshots clearly showing the violation of the game's rules.
  3. A short video showing the violation and then the profile of the offending player.

Please note: the more evidence of the violation that you send, the faster your inquiry will be processed. Thank you for your desire to improve the atmosphere in the game.
