How can I transfer my account from PC to a smartphone or a tablet and vice versa?
Link your game account to your Plarium ID. This number is automatically created when you register on plarium.com.
If you started playing the game on PC, you already have a Plarium ID. To transfer your game progress to a smartphone or a tablet, follow these steps:
- Run the mobile version of the game.
- Open the Menu and select the Account section.
- Hit the "Restore" button near the "Plarium ID" icon in the "Restore game progress" box.
- Enter your login and password to log in to plarium.com.
To transfer your game progress from a smartphone or a tablet to PC, you need to:
- Launch the mobile version of the game.
- Open the Menu and select the Account section.
- Hit the "Link" button near the "Plarium ID" icon in the "Link to services" box.
- If you have an account on plarium.com, enter your login and password. If not, hit the "Create" button.
- Log in to your account on plarium.com and launch the game.
You can also run the game using the Plarium Play app. After installing it on your PC, enter the login and password for your account on plarium.com and launch the game.
If you cannot transfer your game progress from one platform to another, you can contact us in one of the following ways:
- Select "Ask a question" in the game Menu.
- Go to the feedback form on the portal.
- Send an email to games.support@plarium.com.
