Why has a message about regional restrictions appeared?

If you see a message regarding regional restrictions, that means that you're trying to log into the game in a country where Throne: Kingdom at War is unavailable.

First, make sure that this hasn't occurred due to an error detecting your geolocation. To do so:

  1. Check which country your IP address refers to.
  2. Check if there are any programs on your device that can change your IP.

If your IP has been detected correctly, please contact support to check game availability in your region.

In your message to support, please include:

  • Your user ID, or your Town's coordinates and the name/number of your Kingdom
  • Your IP address
  • A screenshot of the message that appears when trying to run or download the game

The Plarium Support Team will check everything and respond accordingly.
