Marches

Marches give you an opportunity to attack other Lords' Towns and resource locations, conduct espionage, and send reinforcements and resources to members of your Order or Pact.

On the Kingdom map, marches are marked in different colors:

  • Red is for attacks
  • Green is for carts
  • Blue is for reinforcements
  • Purple is for espionage
Enemy scout marches are not displayed on the Kingdom map.

March features

All active marches are displayed in the Council Hall. Upgrade it and conduct Studies to increase the number of simultaneous marches and the maximum number of warriors on each march.

There are various types of marches in the game:

  • To capture resource locations
  • To attack captured resource locations
  • To attack Assailants, Alpha Assailants, or Apostates
  • To capture Assailants' Camps, Alpha Assailants' Camps, or Apostates' Crypts
  • To attack enemy Lords' Towns
  • To carry out Raids on enemy Lords' Towns (either by organizing them or participating in Raids created by fellow Order or Pact members)
  • To attack Castles or carry out Raids on them
  • To carry out espionage in enemy Lords' Towns, resource locations, Assailants' Camps/Alpha Assailants' Camps, Apostates' Crypts, or Castles
  • To send resources to Towns belonging to fellow Order or Pact members or to the Order Citadel
  • To send reinforcements to Towns belonging to fellow Order or Pact members, to the Order Citadel, or to other Castles

To send out a march, select its destination:

  • On the Kingdom map
  • In the Watchman tab of the Outpost
  • From your list of landmarks
  • From the Order list (to send reinforcements or a cart)
When attacking a Town whose level is lower than 6, you won't get resources even if your attack is successful.

After doing so, the troop formation window will appear.

In the same window, you can choose who will lead the troop – the Hero/Hero's Double or Inquisitor/Inquisitor's Double. The troop's leader increases the stats of the warriors in the troop, but you also can send a march without a leader.

If you send your warriors to yield resources and the target location turns out to be occupied by another Lord's troop, a battle will ensue. If your warriors win, they will occupy the location and start yielding resources.

To protect your Town from enemy troop attacks and espionage, use Inaccessibility. If you activate it before the enemy troops reach your Town, they will return to their Town.

If a Lord attacks the location where you are yielding resources, a battle will take place.

Resource locations on the Kingdom map can be protected by using Safe Conduct. If you activate Safe Conduct before the enemy troops reach the location, they will return to their Town.

You will receive a report in your mail regardless of the outcome of the march. You can share this report with members of your Order or Pact. To do so, open the report and hit the "Share" button.
