The game disconnects in my browser. How can I fix this issue?

Generally speaking, the game disconnects when the browser has used up all of the RAM that has been reserved for it. There are several reasons why this can happen:

  • A large number of open tabs
  • A high load from open web pages
  • Leaving your browser running for a long time without restarting it or clearing the cache
  • An inadequate computer
  • Installed extensions
  • Browser settings that make the browser close inactive tabs

Possible solutions

  • Close all the tabs you don't need in your browser
  • Turn off any settings or extensions in your browser that switch off inactive tabs
  • Update your browser

If the game continues to disconnect, contact our Support Team.

  1. Tell the Support Team that you have already read this article and tried all the recommendations described in it. Otherwise, the Support Team representative will probably suggest that you should do that first.
  2. Describe in detail which actions you performed before the error appeared.
  3. Attach a screenshot of the error.
  4. Attach the game's log files.

  1. After an error has appeared, do not restart the game or browser.
  2. To open the developer tools, press F12 or Ctrl+Shift+I in Windows or Command+Option+J in macOS.
  3. Select the "Console" tab, right-click anywhere in this tab, and save the text file.
  4. Attach this file to your message to the Support Team.

Where you can find information about your computer

 For Windows:

  1. Press Win+R.
  2. In the window that opens, type "dxdiag" and press Enter.
  3. Click "Save all information" and attach the saved file to your message to the Support Team.

For macOS:
